  • Listed professionals: name, company name, phone, professional email, address — sourced from public records (Order of Chartered Accountants, official registers)
  • Visitors: no personal data collected without explicit consent. We do not use registration forms or behavioral tracking.

Purpose

Data is used exclusively to connect visitors with accounting professionals in Morocco.

Processing is based on legitimate interest (professional referral) and the lawfulness of processing publicly sourced data, in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Retention

Data is retained as long as the professional is active, or until a deletion request is received.

Your Rights

Any professional has the following rights:

  • Access: obtain a copy of their data
  • Correction: fix inaccurate information
  • Deletion: request removal of their profile
  • Objection: object to processing of their data
